Aion Mastery - A Quick Review of The Aion Mastery Guide

I got a copy of the new Aion Mastery guide in my inbox the other day and wanted to give it a whirl so I could share with everyone how it worked. I usually don’t spend too much time with these guides, if only because they tend to be underwhelming sooner than later. But, this time around I ended up spending a tremendous amount of time playing around with it to see exactly what I could get out of the guide before I switched back to non-guide playing.

To tell you the truth though, I don’t know that I’ll switch back. Aion Mastery is a heck of a good guide and it has helped me play so much better than I could possibly have played without it. I’m talking about huge boosts in speed to my play time – cutting up to a dozen hours off my last leveling time from 37-38 alone.

What Else Does It Do?

To top things off, the Aion Mastery guides make sure you’re covered for both races, no matter which way you go. Some other guides out there are only for one or another race or only go up to a certain point. But, Aion Mastery is a full guide series up to Level 50 for both races.

But, the best part for me, and the thing I’ve been using the most of late, is the Kinah guide. It has been extremely useful for me as I’m not a big farmer in these kinds of games, but more than any other game I’ve seen before, you NEED to have a lot of Kinah in hand to proceed. Your wing upgrades at Level 30 alone cost 1 Million Kinah – that’s some serious dough.

My Final Opinion

In the end, I don’t think you’re going to find any guide on the market that so thoroughly covers everything in Aion as well as Aion Mastery. This thing is downright thorough. The fact that I’m going to keep using it, even after writing this review should tell you enough. That’s usually not my cup of tea.

For now though, I need to get going because I have a Daeva in much need of some new armor and a whole lot of crafting to do to get there. If you’re interested though, check out the guide at the official site here: Aion Mastery Instant Download

Can Aion Mastery Really Get You Kinah and Level 50?

There are a lot of guides out there that claim all sorts of crazy things, so whenever a new MMO is launched, I get a TON of emails and comments asking me about this guide and that guide. Right now, I’m working my way through a few different Aion guides, but I’ve got to be honest with you – only one of them thus far has shown itself to be even remotely as effective as it claims.

What Aion Mastery Claims to Do

So, here’s the deal. Unlike a few other guides out there, Aion Mastery tries to cover just about everything you’ll need when you start playing the game. That means it includes an Elyos and Asmodian leveling guide as well as a Kinah guide to get you up to the numbers most players are aiming for (at least, the numbers I’m aiming for).

But, do those guides actually provide everything you need? Most of the time, when I look these kinds of things up, I find that they are loaded up with easy to find, free information from the Internet. But, this time around, I have to say, this guy did his homework. He didn’t just load up on free info and vague quest details. He shows you exactly how to get through everything you need up to level 50 and to 1 million Kinah (and beyond).

I don’t usually keep using these guides after I’ve given them their fair due either, but with Aion Mastery, I think I’ll still be playing this game for weeks and months to come using the guides provided. They’re that good.

Getting the Most Out of Aion Mastery

In the end, Aion Mastery is the best looking new guide for the top new MMO out there. I hate to sound too much like a commercial, but the truth is that I can’t find a single guide out there that provides as much info, as fast a leveling path, and as detailed of strategies as Aion Mastery. It gets the job done and then some.

The Truth Behind Aion Mastery

Aion just came out, not that long ago, but along with it came a slew of new game guides that promised all sorts of crazy things. In the long run, I haven’t been all that impressed with what they’ve had to offer. But, I’m always game to try out new ones because I know eventually someone will figure it out.

So, now that we have the newest Aion guide on our desks in Aion Mastery, I’m actually pretty excited to tell you that I’ve uncovered what is probably the first really good Aion guide. Before I start gushing though, let me show you exactly why this thing stands out.

Using the Guide

First off, I don’t normally play games with guides. But, even I’m considering giving Aion a shot with this thing. The game is much more in-depth and harder than the existing games I’ve been playing for so many years. WoW is a cakewalk next to the grinding you’re doing in this thing, so a guide is an awesome resource for just that reason.

I started the guide out around Level 11, where one of my alts had started. In a matter of minutes I had the gist of how to use the guide and was well on my way to level 12 and beyond. It took me only the rest of the week to reach Level 30. I’ve only been using the guide for the last 2 weeks, but I’m already Level 36 and am grinding strong, well on my way to the top.

That said, I like to have enough Kinah in my bags to afford everything I need along the way. That’s where Aion Mastery really stands out, by offering the old guide package with Kinah making strategies built in. And, considering how new the guide is, these strategies are pretty fantastic.

The Bottom Line

I didn’t expect to find a truly good Aion guide this early on after the game came out, but with Aion Mastery we have one. And the best part is that it is being updated nearly constantly as the game progresses and new strategies are uncovered. So, even if you’re not finding quite enough strategies as an Armorcrafter now, in a couple weeks, you’ll be set. I cannot recommend Aion Mastery enough – this thing really gets the job done.

How To Choose The Correct Aion Class

Choosing the Right Class for Aion - Secrets To Choosing The Correct Aion Class

Aion, the newest game on the market for the highly addictive MMO genre has reached the west and with it a slew of new options for people who are just getting into the game. So, for many players, it is a hard road to figure out which character class is going to be best for you. Here is a brief run through of the 4 general classes and 8 more specific options you’ll have to choose from when you start playing the game full time:

Warriors

Warriors are your typical melee class, suited for tanking, melee damage output, and just all around solid bashing. Warriors break down into two classes at Level 10 – Gladiators and Templars. Gladiators are the offensive version of this class, putting up high offensive and low defensive numbers for melee damage output. They are good for PvP combat for that reason. On the other side of things is the Templar who will be the quintessential tank in the game, carrying a shield and taking damage like a pro.

Priests

Priests come in two varieties, both of which are meant to heal, but in starkly different ways. At Level 10, you’ll be able to choose between Clerics and Chanters. The clerics will be the more traditional healers among the group who deal the best healing numbers. Chanters on the other hand are more of a hybrid that will dole out Mantras for group buffs and heal when needed. They can also fight a bit with their two handed staves.

Mages

Mages are damage dealers but come in multiple flavors as well. At level 10, you can choose to become either a Sorcerer or a Spiritmaster. The Sorcerer is more of a traditional nuking Mage with lots of DPS and plenty of mana to draw on. Spiritmasters on the other hand are more like Warlocks in WoW, in that they have spirits they summon to help with DPS and buffing. They rely a lot on DoTs and stackable damage.

Scouts

Scouts make up the ranged and melee damage dealers who are high on avoidance. At Level 10, you can choose between an Assassin or a Ranger – each of which provides a starkly different set of skills. Assassins are pretty much Rogues in that they hit fast and hard with dual wielded daggers and stealth. Rangers are pretty much Hunters or Scouts in that they hit from range and wear better armor.

When you get started, you will get to choose between the four supra-classes, but after you reach Level 10 and become a Daeva, you will be upgraded and be allowed to choose a more specific class for each, as listed with each one. Ideally, having a clear idea of which classes are out there and how they affect your game play will allow you to have a much faster and more streamlined start to the game.

Professions of Aion

The Professions of Aion – Most Profitable Aion Professions

Aion is one of the biggest new MMOs of the last couple of years and with that fresh new content comes a slew of people looking to track down what is surely a lot of extremely new information. One of the most commonly asked about details for the new game is the crafting system. So much different than other crafting systems in MMOs, there are a lot of people who don’t quite understand how it works yet. So, here is a brief rundown of what professions are available and how they operate:

The Gathering

The first thing you need to know is that gathering is not a profession in Aion. Rather, it is a freely available skill to anyone as long as you take the time to level it up. You start out on the ground with Collecting. Up to Level 10, you can go to a skill level of 99, though realistically, you’ll only get to about 40 at the most. After you ascend to a Daeva, you will be upgraded to Extraction, which allows you to gather resources as well as Aether. The same skill points apply here though, so you can continue to level up from where you were.

The Crafting

Also at level 10, you can start crafting with one of the 6 crafting professions in Aion. Each profession has as different purpose, allowing you to create various items you can use in the game:

Alchemy – With Alchemy, you will create all sorts of valuable items including Manastones, potions, scrolls, orbs, spellbooks and more. This is the ultimate profession for anyone who will be casting away in end-game content.

Armorsmithing – Armorsmiths take on the heavy task of forming chain and plate armor and shields. These guys are best suited as Gladiators, Templars, Clerics, and Chanters who need to make their own gear.

Cooking – Cooks will craft hundreds of unique recipes for stat boosting food in the game. These guys are highly useful in Legions and can help boost the way in which you play the game ten times over.

Handicrafting
– The Handicrafters out there will make the biggest bucks by crafting the rare and hard to get trinkets and accessories that are needed by every class in the game. Additionally, they work on the staves and bows that no other class can make – so this is a perfect class for anyone in need of big Kinah returns or who use staves and bows.

Tailoring – Tailors will make the cloth and leather armor in the game, so this profession is best for anyone who wears it, including the Clerics, Rangers, Assassins, and Mages out there.

Weaponsmithing – All big and heavy weapons go through the weaponsmiths, including daggers, swords, maces, polearms, and greatswords. If you use a melee weapon or know who to sell them to, this is the profession for you.

To key to the professions is that you can easily load up on all 6 of them but can only truly master one of them. This allows you to get a feel for all of them before making a final decision and adds quite a bit of depth to the game in places you might not have expected.

Three Buffing Systems Explained in Aion

For anyone used to more western style MMOs, the buffing systems in Aion may be a little foreign to you. Having a very clear overview of how these systems will affect your gameplay will help you become that much better suited to the streamlined, fast paced combat of Aion at the higher levels.

Titles

Titles are in almost every MMO on the planet, but they are a little different in Aion in that they actually provide a bit of a stat boost for anyone that gets them. You can only choose one title at any given time, but it can often take long and convoluted quest chains to unlock the rarest and best of the titles.

There are between 2 and 10 titles available for most major zones for each race, so you’ll need to do some research on how to get them and where to find them as you level up.

Manastones

Manastones are the fundamental means of boosting the different stats of your character. You can put a manastone on almost every different armor slot on your character. This allows you to find and line up the different stats your particular character needs. Later in the game, you’ll be able to change the manastones into other manastones so that you can snag only the stats you need. The top three manastone stats to boost include Physical Critical Strike, Attack Power, and Magic Boost. These three stats are also the most expensive many times over.

Enhancements
The next thing you should focus on is enhancements for your gear. This is a completely different thing altogether that will allow you to extract various items from gear that you’ve farmed or bought off the Trade Broker and then use your various professions to craft them together.

Three Buffing Systems Explained in Aion
The best way to take advantage of this situation is to load up on the different enhancements you can make before you start crafting items. The better your enhancements, the more possible it might be to land yourself with some rare procs that will provide you with a variety of boosts to the gear you are crafting.

These are just three of the many different buffing systems in Aion that will allow you to specialize how your character plays and what you will get out of them as you progress in levels. Do it right and you’ll be light years ahead of your opponents when it comes time to master the various content.

Three Quick Tips for Easy Kinah in Aion

Kinah is the equivalent of gold currency in the new MMO, Aion. When you get started in the game, you will have only a couple of hundred Kinah and then will need to boost your way up to hundreds of thousands or even millions of the little coins so that you can boost your way to the top of the game and get the highest level items out there.

Just your Level 30 wings along will cost you 1 million Kinah and the costs only go up from there, so if you do not properly balance and prepare yourself for everything you need when you get to the top of the leveling chart, you’re going to be very far behind.

1. Choosing the Right Craft
The first thing you will do at Level 10 is choose your craft. That craft can be one of 6 different options including Armorcrafting, Alchemy, Cooking, Tailoring, Handicrafting, or Weaponcrafting. Gathering is just one skill and anyone can use it, so you should make sure to max out your extraction skill as you level - all the way up to 399 at level 50.

The best professions for Kinah making are the ones that are going to be high in demand at all times. Early in the game’s life span that means Handicrafting, Armorcrafting, Tailoring and Weaponcrafting. However, as more players reach level 50 and start running instances and the Abyss, you will find that Alchemy and Cooking become very popular as well.

2. Using the Private Store Feature Properly
The private store is a very unique, highly effective way to sell of your crafted goods, farmed greens and blues, and all the other rare items you can land while hunting. The best way to use your Private Store though is to specialize in one type of item that you can put all your efforts into farming on. Then, find a good place to set up shop, outside of instances or in various towns and villages and stake out a good time to log on. If you can put yourself in front of eager buyers at the right time, you can make some great profits.

3. Buying and Selling at the Trade Broker
The trade broker is the Aion equivalent of the Auction house and can be a very useful tool for making sales on your items. You get 8 days per listing and it will cost you Kinah to load those items up into the broker. Use the broker to buy up cheap and valuable items and resell them for top profits when they are in higher demand.

This is just one set of ways that you can make serious Kinah in Aion. If you’re truly serious about making some good hard cash in the game, you can also go about getting it by loading up on the different huntable mobs in the game. This might include anything from the rare named mobs in high level areas to the basic drops you can get from any of the Balaur mobs located in the Abyss. Whatever you decide to do, every aspect of your gameplan should revolve around getting more Kinah as fast as possible.
